Why Doesn't Everyone Have One?

This article says that the US has 90 guns per 100 people. That means that if you evenly distributed the guns in the US to every man, woman, and child, 1 out of 10 people WOULDN'T be packing.

It also said that 12% of those guns are registered with authorities. That means that only 11 of those 90 guns are registered, which also means that only 1 of those 9 people have a gun the authorities know about.
